In regards to future photo shoot ideas, i have a few suggestions: in the fall or winter how about this, 1st. do you ski? you on skis, a snowmobile, or snowboarding at some resort in colorado or perhaps at Banff, Canada, and some indoor shots of you in a ski lodge with a roaring fireplace, a bearskin rug, with props. of hunting equipt, stuffed wild game and for the romantic in all of us, how about you in the dining rm. of the lodge with a table set for two, with a fireplace. I dont ski, but those are great ideas. I will see what I can do, especially if I ever travel to Colorodo!
If you have any self pic ideas for me (that do not involve nudity) please let me know. It gets kinda boring doing the same poses and stuff, even though I think I do a decent job of changing settings and stuff. But ideas are welcome for my upcoming actual photoshoots next month (two in Dallas) as well as anything you havent seen from me before that you might like to. So lets here it…
That new Aussie shot is an all-around great photo; is that a self-pic? This may not qualify as non-stupid, but would you actually wear those Speedos to the beach like that? And lastly, the area of Texas you live in looks like some kind of paradise. Who knew?
1. Yes I took that shot and all the non-model pics you see on my tumblr.
2. I had just got back from the beach, so yes I did, do wear that and similar speedos to the beach all the time.
3. Yes, Texas is amazingly beautiful, I am so happy I live here, its the perfect weather almost all year long.

WORKOUT ROUTINE: (a lot of you have asked me for workout advice)
#1. I workout every-other-day. My workouts are about 30-45min and I hit every body group, I dont focus on one thing, I do them all in that time span (very similar to P90X, but anyone can do that without buying that program). I use a bowflex and free weights.
#2. DIET! This is the most important thing, now obviously I have a HIGH matabolism (been the same 28 in waist since high school). But what you DONT consume is just as important as what you do. I eat a lot of protien rich foods, eat healthy snacks in between meals, only drink water, Snapple or juice. Protien smoothies 2-3 times a week. I mix amino acids with water before and during workout, and then take a creatine tablet after working out. I cook 80% of all my meals and only eat out about twice a week.
#3. I DONT eat/drink: alcohol, fast food, soft drinks, pizza, anything fried, Mexican food, high fructose corn syrup, white bread, hot dogs, coffee, desert, ice cream, chocolate.
